This full-time position combines strategic account management with hands-on customer engagement to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth for small to mid-sized medical practices.
About the Role
In this position, you'll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of small group healthcare customers. You'll use data-driven insights and digital engagement tools to help practices maximize platform value, reduce churn, and unlock new capabilities. This is a scaled customer success model—you'll leverage technology and strategic outreach to efficiently manage accounts while delivering personalized attention where it matters most.
What You'll Do
- Execute multi-channel engagement campaigns to drive feature adoption and platform usage across your customer base
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies aimed at identifying and mitigating churn risk
- Track account health indicators and identify expansion opportunities within existing customer relationships
- Oversee customer onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement for small group accounts
- Partner with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve customer challenges and inform product roadmap decisions
- Measure and report on key success metrics including retention rates, feature adoption, and net revenue retention
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing role in SaaS or healthcare
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts independently and meet or exceed retention targets
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical features into business value for practice managers and clinicians
- Comfortable with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, analytics, and other digital customer engagement platforms
- Prior experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or healthcare practice operations (a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
