About the Role

As an Audit Manager at Gpac, you'll oversee audit engagements from planning through completion, leading fieldwork, managing team dynamics, and ensuring clients receive high-quality assurance services. You'll work with established clients across diverse sectors—including real estate, manufacturing, government entities, and nonprofit organizations—applying your technical expertise to solve complex accounting challenges.

What You'll Do

• Plan and direct audit engagements, including risk assessment, scope development, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise audit teams on client sites, providing guidance and professional mentorship
• Review audit work, evaluate findings, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies
• Communicate audit results to clients and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Contribute to proposal development and maintain client relationships through professionalism and results

What We're Looking For

• CPA license or eligible to obtain one
• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, audit standards, and financial reporting
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements and lead teams effectively
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical capabilities
