About the Role
As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customers maximize the value of their investment with Ping Identity. Your focus will be on retention, satisfaction, and proactive support, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and demonstrate business impact.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Conduct regular business reviews and success planning sessions with stakeholders
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with product and technical teams on solutions
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address retention risks
- Support customer onboarding and help drive adoption of platform capabilities
- Discover and qualify expansion and upsell opportunities
- Gather customer feedback and advocate internally for product enhancements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success, account management, or related client-facing experience
- Proven success building customer relationships and driving retention outcomes
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and communicate them to business audiences
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and analytics dashboards
- Self-directed, organized, and effective time management skills
- Genuine passion for customer success and exceeding expectations
