Project Manager

Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and oversee the delivery of end-to-end digital projects for our prominent clients, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. You will navigate complex technical environments and manage cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences across a variety of platforms. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise project workflows, timelines, sprints, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Supervise cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment.
• Design and implement tailored project management frameworks (such as Agile or Scrum) depending on the specific platform and tech stack requirements.
• Manage client communication, managing expectations, delivering status updates, and proactively troubleshooting project risks.
• Coordinate deployment processes for platforms across digital transformation initiatives, web ecosystems, and mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) and full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully leading mid-to-large-scale digital projects.
• Extensive experience working across multiple tech platforms, including full-scale digital transformations, complex web environments, and native mobile applications (iOS/Android).
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical development teams and non-technical client stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Prior experience managing projects or digital transformation contracts within the public sector or government agencies.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Scrum Master/CSM, or PMP).
