You’ll connect with businesses, uncover their challenges, and show them how to take control of their international payments and FX exposure.
What you’ll do:
- Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify new business opportunities within the SMB segment.
- Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients (C- level) through a high volume of cold calls, understand their business needs and book high quality meetings.
- Training & on‑the‑job FX Exposure: Receive hands‑on coaching from senior FX Specialists and actively participate in client meetings, where you will help analyze FX exposure and contribute to hedging strategy proposals, both virtually and in person.
- Work with internal teams: collaborate with onboarding, compliance, and operations to ensure smooth and secure client experience.
What we’re looking for:
- We want a tenacious Junior Sales who thrives on pressure, chases targets energetically, and takes full ownership of results. You’re competitive, fast, and obsessed with achieving targets—rejections don’t slow you down, they fuel you!
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or similar (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Fluent in Italian (native)
- Excellent communication skills, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Curiosity, motivation, and a willingness to learn in a fast‑growing environment.
What We Offer:
- Permanent contract (Indeterminato – CCNL Commercio) with a competitive base salary.
- Variable commission scheme based on results (uncapped)
- Welfare package (€70 euros per month)
- Ticket restaurant (€8,00 euros)
- Remote working: 1 day per week as per the current Remote Work Policy
- Structured career path with dedicated support from your Head of Desk

- Interview with the Hiring Manager: A 45‑minute Microsoft Teams meeting to deep dive into the role and your experience.
- Country Manager interview: A final meeting with the Country Manager, most likely in presence at our office.
