Guardsquare

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a commercially driven Channel Development Executive who knows how to build, scale, and activate a partner ecosystem.
This role combines hunting for new strategic partners with structuring and growing an existing network across EMEA. You’ll work with distributors, resellers, and system integrators to create a high-performing, revenue-generating partner channel.
If you’re someone who combines sales drive with structure, and enjoys turning partnerships into real business impact—this is your role.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of partners
  • Develop and execute partner business plans focused on revenue growth and pipeline generation
  • Enable partners through training, positioning, and joint go-to-market activities
  • Drive co-selling motions and support partners in closing deals
  • Bring structure to the partner ecosystem: segmentation, performance tracking, and optimization
  • Monitor and grow partner-driven revenue and pipeline
  • Act as the key link between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product)

Who You Are

  • A highly commercial profile with a strong focus on revenue and results
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, ideally starting in direct sales and evolving into a partner/channel role
  • At least 2–3 years of experience managing partners or channel ecosystems
  • Proven ability to hunt for and onboard new partners
  • Experience managing a portfolio of partners
  • Strong understanding of channel dynamics in SaaS / software environments
  • Structured, organized, and able to build scalable partner frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages such as French are a plus)
  • Experience across EMEA markets is highly relevant

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or application security
  • Background working with technical or developer-focused solutions
  • Exposure to distribution-led go-to-market models

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role where you shape and scale our partner ecosystem across EMEA
  • Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives tied to partner success
  • The opportunity to grow within a fast-scaling international company
  • A collaborative, driven environment with strong commercial focus
  • Hybrid work model with flexibility and team connection
