Responsabilidades principales:
- Diseñar flujos conversacionales basados en principios de experiencia de usuario (UX)
- Desarrollar y optimizar flujos de chatbot utilizando plataformas basadas en nodos como n8n o Make
- Prototipar y documentar journeys conversacionales utilizando herramientas como Figma, Bizagi, Visio o Draw.io
- Asegurar la correcta estructuración e implementación de la lógica conversacional utilizando HTML y JSON
- Aplicar técnicas de prompt engineering para mejorar las interacciones y respuestas de los chatbots
Requisitos indispensables:
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en diseño de flujos conversacionales basados en principios UX
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia trabajando con plataformas de chatbot basadas en nodos (n8n o Make)
- Experiencia en prototipado y diseño de flujos con herramientas como Figma, Bizagi, Visio o Draw.io
- Conocimiento de formatos HTML y JSON
- Conocimiento de técnicas de prompt engineering aplicadas a sistemas conversacionales
Requisitos deseables:
- Sólido pensamiento UX aplicado a interfaces conversacionales
- Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas escalables de chatbots
- Capacidad para traducir necesidades de usuario en flujos conversacionales estructurados
