Location: This role can be based in Amsterdam, Dublin or Warsaw.

The Security Systems & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in supporting EdgeConneX’s global security operations, with responsibility for analyzing and interpreting security-related data across facilities, systems, and regions. The role supports the protection of people, physical assets, and information through accurate reporting, data integrity, and effective coordination. Through disciplined execution and attention to detail, the role contributes to maintaining a secure, reliable, and consistent operating environment for customers, employees, and partners worldwide.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Analyze security-related data across global data center operations to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain security reporting, dashboards, and metrics to support operational decisions and leadership visibility.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of security data through regular validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
  • Act as a key coordination point between Global Security, regional teams, operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal and external security audits, including evidence collection, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Partner with security integrators and vendors to support system performance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to maintaining a secure, professional, and consistent security experience for customers, employees, and partners, while upholding EdgeConneX’s commitment to excellence.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proven ability to design, build, and maintain security dashboards and reports using data visualization tools, with Power BI strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and handling large datasets.
  • Working experience writing and using SQL to query, join, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Experience working with structured databases and understanding how data is stored, maintained, and extracted for reporting.
  • Hands-on experience administering or supporting physical security systems such as LenelS2 and Genetec.
  • Ability to manage and administer security data and system records, including access control data, site information, and user permissions.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting projects, including tracking actions, dependencies, and deliverables across teams.
  • Ability to reconcile data across systems and regions, identify discrepancies, and drive resolution with regional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a global environment, working across time zones with limited supervision.
  • High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Experience/Education

  • 3+ years’ experience in a security systems, reporting, data analyst, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and recurring reports using Power BI or comparable tools.
  • Strong Excel experience supporting operational or security reporting.
  • Practical SQL experience querying operational or security datasets.
  • Experience supporting or administering S2 access control systems.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-site security operations.
  • Experience supporting audits, customer reviews, or compliance activities through data and system evidence.
  • Experience in data centers, critical infrastructure, or controlled environments strongly preferred.
