Role Overview  Senior Program Management Specialist (CS Program Management)

To design, establish, and continuously optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  

What You Will Do 

• Strategic Process Innovation: Lead the vision for process development across the department. Refine complex workflows across the department and develop scalable frameworks that support long-term organizational growth and agility.
• Advanced Data Analytics and Insights: Oversee the development of sophisticated analytical models to predict trends, identify root causes, and inform strategic decisions. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging predictive analytics and other advanced methodologies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership & Change Management: Act as a liaison across multiple departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and change management. Influence senior stakeholders to prioritize process enhancements and automation initiatives aligned with overarching organizational objectives.
• End-to-End Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-phase projects with strategic importance. Oversee resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management plans to ensure successful implementation and sustained impact.

Basic Qualifications  

• Require 8 years working experience
• Proven experience in establishing and optimizing large-scale operational processes.
• Strong ability to define and use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure optimization success.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
