- Responsible for the deployment, operation, maintenance, upgrades, and daily management of the company’s middleware systems, ensuring stable and highly available operation.

- Familiar with mainstream middleware including ZooKeeper, etcd, Nacos, and Kafka, with production environment operations experience.
- Familiar with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience in day-to-day K8s cluster operations.
- Proficient in Shell scripting, with foundational development skills in Go or Python, capable of writing automated operations tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fault diagnosis and issue localization, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset.
