Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.  

This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office. 

What you bring on day one:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably in fintech or a tech start-up environment. 
  • 1-2 years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter 
  • Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox AI, Granola, Claude, etc.)
  • Foundational recruiter experience a plus 
  • Highly motivated to learn and grow in your career.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What you will own:

  • Source and screen candidates; act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Schedule interviews at every stage and provide timely updates as they move through the process. 
  • Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse.
  • Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers on new search set up and needs.
  • Partner with the People Team on headcount planning, onboarding, and compliance

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $140,000 – $190,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vise offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits.
