About the Role

As a Lot Attendant with Towne Park, you'll be the first face our guests see when they arrive. This is a seasonal, part-time position where you'll manage parking operations, ensure guest safety, and uphold the standards of exceptional service our guests have come to expect.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they enter the parking facility
• Direct vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the lot, managing traffic flow and parking placement
• Monitor lot capacity and communicate availability to guests and team members
• Maintain a clean, well-organized parking environment by performing regular inspections and upkeep
• Address guest questions and concerns with courtesy and problem-solving mindset
• Follow safety protocols and report any incidents or hazards to management
