Vape City is seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee retail operations across multiple locations in Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida. This leadership position requires 50 hours per week and reliable transportation to manage store performance and support our District Manager team.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll own operational oversight across our retail stores, working closely with District Managers to maintain consistent performance and growth. Your responsibilities include regular field visits to assess store-level execution, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive alignment around performance targets and communication priorities. You'll combine strategic oversight with hands-on store visits to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and support your management team.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop District Managers overseeing all retail locations
- Conduct regular store visits to verify operational performance and compliance
- Monitor key metrics and sales performance against company objectives
- Ensure all locations maintain company policies and compliance standards
- Foster clear communication and accountability across the management team
- Identify and implement operational improvements at the store level
