Gensler is hiring an Architect for its Baltimore, Baltimore County office. In this full-time position, you'll combine architectural expertise with creative thinking to design and deliver functional, beautiful environments that support our clients' business objectives.

About the Role

As an Architect at Gensler in Baltimore, you'll be instrumental in developing design solutions that unite aesthetic vision with practical performance. You'll work as part of a collaborative team to guide projects through all phases—from initial concept through construction—managing design documentation, technical coordination, and administration. Whether working on core and shell developments or interior design initiatives, your goal will be creating spaces where form and function work in harmony.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine design solutions that address client needs and project requirements
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents and technical specifications
• Oversee design through construction administration and coordinate with construction teams
• Collaborate across disciplines to resolve design and technical challenges
• Contribute to core and shell and interior design projects
• Communicate design concepts and intent to clients, stakeholders, and team members
