NoGigiddy is seeking a part-time Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our Indianapolis-based digital community platform. About the Role

As a Video Content Creator at NoGigiddy, you'll shape how our community sees opportunity—planning, filming, editing, and publishing videos that educate, inspire, and drive action. Based in Indianapolis, Marion County, this part-time position offers creative independence and the chance to build a portfolio while contributing to a mission-driven platform that genuinely serves gig workers and side hustlers.

What You'll Do

• Conceive, film, and edit video content spanning multiple formats—short-form social media clips, educational long-form pieces, and platform-specific content
• Build and execute content calendars that align with platform goals and resonate with our community
• Optimize videos for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and our website, ensuring each platform's unique requirements are met
• Translate company messaging and community stories into visually compelling narratives
• Handle uploads, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and publish video analytics tracking
• Monitor platform trends and emerging video formats to keep content fresh and competitive

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated video production experience with a portfolio showing your best work
• Proficiency in video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
• Strong visual storytelling ability and instinct for what captures and holds attention
• Knowledge of platform-specific best practices, aspect ratios, pacing, and audience engagement tactics
• Self-directed work style with ability to meet deadlines independently
• Experience reading and responding to performance analytics
• Genuine interest in the gig economy and the people building independent income
