Siertek is hiring an Instructor for a full-time position in Wpafb, Greene County. As a minority and service-disabled veteran-owned contractor to the Federal Department of Defense, we need experienced training professionals to develop and deliver instruction across our core expertise areas: Program Management, Information Technology, and Administrative Support.

About the Role

In this full-time instructor position, you'll design and deliver training programs that build essential capabilities across Siertek and our clients. Whether facilitating in-person sessions or leading virtual instruction, your work will help technical and professional teams master the skills they need to succeed in specialized, mission-critical environments.

What You'll Do

• Develop instructional content in Program Management, Information Technology, or Administrative Support specialties
• Facilitate training sessions using multiple delivery methods and modalities
• Create and maintain curricula, learning materials, presentations, and assessment tools
• Measure trainee progress and refine instruction approaches to maximize learning outcomes
• Partner with program managers and subject-matter experts to ensure training aligns with business and client needs

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience as an instructor, corporate trainer, or education specialist
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to develop training for technical or professional audiences
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional certification in education or a related field
