About the Role

As Shift Supervisor at our Ken Caryl location, you'll oversee daily operations during your assigned shifts, which run from 7 am to 10 pm and cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your leadership will ensure our store runs smoothly while maintaining the high-quality service our customers expect from Goodwill of Colorado.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor store associates during assigned shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation standards
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including register reconciliation
• Oversee donation processing and inventory management
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Train team members on policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Report directly to store management on shift performance and issues

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently
• Flexibility to work open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
