Lindsay Precast Master
Join Lindsay Precast Master as a Skilled Welder and become part of a dedicated manufacturing team in Lawrence, Stark County. We're looking for experienced welders to help us deliver quality precast products to industries across the region.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in our Lawrence facility, working a single-shift schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. As a member of our production team, you'll be an essential part of our precast concrete manufacturing operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality welding on precast concrete structures and reinforcement components
- Operate welding equipment safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
- Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet project deadlines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
What We're Looking For
- Proven welding experience and demonstrated technical skill
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and willingness to work as part of a team
