About the Role
As a Lull Driver, you'll operate telehandler equipment to support cleaning and general labor operations for Innovative Cleaning Services. This is hands-on, physically demanding work that requires adaptability to ever-changing weather conditions and job sites throughout the Cincinnati area.
What You'll Do
- Operate Lull equipment safely and efficiently according to established protocols and safety standards
- Work in demanding outdoor conditions including extreme heat, cold, rain, mud, and other environmental factors
- Perform general labor tasks requiring sustained physical effort across 10-hour shifts
- Maintain full-body mobility while working in multiple positions: standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, sitting, and squatting for extended periods
- Lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more throughout your shift
- Transport and position equipment and materials as directed by your team lead
- Maintain equipment in proper working condition and report maintenance needs promptly
What We're Looking For
- Complete range of motion in upper and lower body with no restrictions on movement types
- Physical capability to sustain demanding work during full 10-hour shifts in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift, carry, and manipulate loads of 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and variable on-site terrain
- Reliability and commitment to showing up ready to work in challenging outdoor settings
- Valid driver's license
- Prior equipment operation experience or genuine willingness to learn on the job
