About the Role
As a Finish Production Associate, you'll be part of our production team in Holly Springs, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is essential to ensuring our products meet quality standards before reaching customers. You'll earn $16 per hour, plus excellent benefits including paid time off, insurance coverage, and a 401(k) match. New team members also receive a $250 signing bonus upon successful completion of the first 90 days.
What You'll Do
- Execute finishing operations and quality control checks at the final production stage
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Follow established procedures to ensure products meet company standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to optimize workflow
- Support inventory management and order fulfillment processes
