About the Role
As a Setup Technician, you'll work under the direction of our Maintenance Supervisor to prepare and configure pharmaceutical processing and packaging equipment for daily production operations. You'll be responsible for interpreting setup instructions, calibrating machinery, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly before shift handoff. Your attention to detail and ability to follow both written and verbal directions will be essential to keeping our production schedules on track.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and configure pharmaceutical and supplement packaging equipment according to detailed specifications
- Perform pre-operation inspections and equipment checks to verify readiness for production
- Follow written and verbal instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor with precision
- Document setup procedures and any issues encountered during equipment preparation
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and communicate issues to maintenance leadership
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with facility standards
- Support production team members by ensuring equipment operates smoothly throughout your shift
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
