Cellares is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Bridgewater, Somerset County to lead cell therapy production operations at a cutting-edge facility. This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive scaling and day-to-day oversight of compliant manufacturing processes for innovative cellular therapies.
About the Role
As Manufacturing Supervisor for our cell therapy operations in Bridgewater, you'll be central to building out manufacturing capability for both personalized (autologous) and off-the-shelf (allogeneic) cell therapy products. You'll work in a modern, multi-product facility and be responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards of compliant operations as we scale production.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and compliance for cell therapy product lines
- Lead the ramp-up and scaling of cGMP-compliant manufacturing processes
- Direct production teams to ensure protocols, quality, and regulatory standards are met
- Monitor equipment, materials, and workflows to maintain operational efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to optimize manufacturing performance
- Support regulatory compliance, documentation, and audit readiness
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or cell therapy
- Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems
- Ability to manage and motivate production teams
- Experience scaling manufacturing operations from pilot to commercial production
- Solid understanding of cell therapy manufacturing or bioproduction processes
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
