About the Role

As a Construction Project Executive with Gpac, you'll direct all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction planning through final delivery. This leadership role requires strategic oversight of project budgets, timelines, resources, and quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution for commercial construction projects valued at $30 million to $150 million
• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs throughout the construction lifecycle
• Direct field operations, supervise project teams, and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
• Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and ownership on project progress, challenges, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards on all project sites
• Manage contracts, documentation, and change orders
