About the Role

What You'll Do
- Maintain city streets, sidewalks, and related transportation infrastructure
- Support drainage system maintenance and cleaning throughout Lincoln and Lancaster County
- Operate hand tools and light equipment safely and effectively
- Perform routine maintenance tasks that keep our community's transportation network functional
- Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and best practices in all work activities
What We're Looking For
- Physical ability to perform outdoor labor and handle tools for extended periods

- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
