About the Role

As Retail Manager at Savers | Value Village in Laurel, you'll lead daily store operations and create an environment where customers and team members thrive. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll own store performance, profitability, and team culture.

What You'll Do

• Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and company standards compliance
• Lead, train, and motivate a retail team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Monitor and drive sales performance and profitability
• Maintain store appearance, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Handle scheduling, payroll oversight, and team performance management
• Build customer relationships and manage feedback and inquiries
• Collaborate with district leadership on strategic goals and initiatives

• Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive pay starting at $18.24 to $29.91 per hour.
