About the Role
As Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions, you'll play a key role in supporting daily store operations and delivering the exceptional service our customers expect. You'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth operations at our New Almaden location, and foster the welcoming, customer-focused environment our brand is built on.
What You'll Do
- Support store management duties, including opening and closing procedures
- Lead and mentor team members to consistently deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays
- Engage customers on the sales floor and share product knowledge
- Contribute to a positive work environment that reflects our values
- Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy and integrity
- Maintain store standards for organization, cleanliness, and loss prevention
- Support scheduling and team coordination as needed
