About the Role

You'll create user-focused content that drives our marketing campaigns and strengthens member engagement. Working across multiple formats and channels, you'll translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives tailored to resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Write and edit user-focused content for marketing communications campaigns that advance member engagement and organizational goals
• Develop long-form and short-form content across digital and print formats
• Translate complex or technical subject matter into compelling, accurate content for specific audiences
• Create messaging that connects with different member segments and reflects their interests and needs
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent voice and brand alignment
• Edit and refine content to maintain quality and style standards

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience writing and editing content for marketing or member communications
• Ability to research complex topics and communicate them in accessible, engaging language
• Strong written communication skills with keen attention to detail
• Experience developing content for multiple formats and digital platforms
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
