Events Coordinator

Bath Planet is hiring an Events Coordinator to join our expanding team in Goodhope, Cumberland County. As a fast-growing leader in acrylic bath remodeling, we're seeking a detail-oriented professional to build brand presence and strengthen customer connections through strategic event planning and execution.

About the Role

This full-time position offers you the opportunity to coordinate events that showcase Bath Planet's innovative bathroom solutions to customers and industry partners across North America. You'll be the driving force behind successful product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement activities in Goodhope, Cumberland County and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, expos, and promotional activities
• Develop event budgets, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate logistics from concept through completion
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define event objectives and measure success
• Handle scheduling, contracts, permitting, and on-site event management
• Maintain detailed records and prepare post-event reports with attendance and performance data
• Build and sustain partnerships with venues, caterers, audiovisual providers, and other event vendors

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience coordinating events, conferences, or large-scale projects
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency with event management software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused mindset
