About the Role
As a Merchandising Associate at BenefitHub, you'll coordinate how our employee benefits and partner offerings are presented and promoted to our member base. Working remotely, you'll collaborate across teams to ensure our curated selection of perks is strategically positioned, clearly communicated, and actively engaged with by the employees and organizations we serve.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the merchandising and presentation of benefits and partner offers across our platform to drive member engagement
- Support campaign planning and execution to highlight valuable perks and increase member awareness of available options
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date information about benefits, partnerships, and promotional details for our membership
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and evaluate new benefits that align with member needs and company goals
- Assist in analyzing member engagement data and feedback to inform ongoing improvements to our benefits catalog
- Organize and optimize how benefits are presented, ensuring our offerings are discoverable, compelling, and easy to understand
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and experience working collaboratively across teams
- Experience in employee benefits, HR operations, or related field is valued
- Self-directed work style with strong time management suitable for remote work

- Proficiency with standard business software and quick ability to learn new systems
