This strategic leadership role partners directly with local and global management teams to drive talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy across the organization.
About the Role
As Human Resources Manager, you'll own the complete scope of human resources functions for our company. This is a strategic position where you'll shape organizational culture, support workforce development, and align HR initiatives with business objectives while managing day-to-day HR operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary matters
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law and EEOC regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Design and implement employee development and training programs
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and organizational strategy
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive HR information securely
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing all core HR functions as an HR Manager or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of employment law, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
- Strong abilities in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR data management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred
