About the Role

As a Recruiter at First Coast Security Solutions, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for mission-critical federal contracts. You'll identify, attract, and hire skilled professionals who share our commitment to quality, reliability, and serving national security priorities. Working in a collaborative environment where every hire directly impacts our ability to deliver, you'll gain visibility into strategic staffing decisions and contribute meaningfully to our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

• Source and screen candidates using industry databases, networking, and targeted outreach to build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct initial qualification interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams throughout the hiring process
• Manage job descriptions, postings, and candidate communication to ensure smooth candidate experience
• Track recruiting metrics, provide staffing forecasts, and report on pipeline progress and hiring timelines
• Build and maintain relationships with federal contractors, cleared candidates, and talent communities aligned with our customer base
• Partner with HR and operations to ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and security clearance processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience recruiting, preferably in federal contracting, defense, or related industries
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage candidates and hiring managers professionally
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet staffing deadlines
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
• Self-motivated approach to sourcing with willingness to leverage multiple recruiting channels
• Interest in federal contracting and understanding of clearance-related hiring considerations a plus
