What You'll Do

• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation to ensure consistent, positive team integration
• Manage payroll processing, verification, and timekeeping systems in partnership with corporate and finance teams
• Navigate labor relations matters, including union interactions where applicable, and ensure alignment with collective bargaining agreements
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and Sodexo policies; conduct audits and remediation as needed
• Act as the primary HR resource for hourly employees, salaried staff, and management; address inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality
• Collaborate with Sodexo leadership to implement HR initiatives, training programs, and organizational changes

What We're Looking For

• Proven HR management experience in a multi-site or high-volume operational environment
• Expertise in payroll administration, labor relations, and employment compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust across all organizational levels
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of employment law and ability to interpret and apply HR policies consistently
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
