This is a full-time position based in the United States where you'll partner directly with industry leaders to deploy transformative technology that addresses their most complex engineering challenges.
About the Role
Neural Concept's Application Engineering team partners with established companies to integrate advanced AI capabilities into their design and engineering processes. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the technical bridge between our platform and our clients' teams—translating their strategic goals into implemented solutions that drive measurable business impact.
What You'll Do
- Understand client requirements by collaborating closely with engineering, design, and executive leadership
- Configure, customize, and deploy AI solutions tailored to client workflows and technical environments
- Provide technical guidance and support to help clients maximize the value of our platform
- Identify opportunities to expand adoption across client organizations
- Document implementations and share best practices across the Application Engineering team
- Work with engineering teams internally to refine solutions based on real-world client feedback
What We're Looking For
- Technical background in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders
- Experience implementing or deploying technical solutions in enterprise environments
- Familiarity with product design, simulation, or engineering workflows
- Problem-solving mindset and comfort working with emerging technologies
- Based in the United States and available for a full-time role
