Integrated Power Services is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our team in the United States. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be essential to keeping our projects organized, our teams aligned, and our operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As Project Coordinator at IPS, you're the organizational force that keeps projects moving forward. You'll manage communications between stakeholders, maintain critical documentation, track progress against timelines, and ensure every team member has what they need to succeed. This role sits at the intersection of planning, communication, and execution.
What You'll Do
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items
- Communicate regularly with clients, team members, and project managers to provide updates and gather requirements
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and databases for easy access and accountability
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track
- Support project managers with status reporting, change tracking, and deliverable management
- Handle scheduling, correspondence, and coordination of meetings, events, and team activities
- Identify potential issues and opportunities to streamline how we execute projects
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal—who translates between technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable with project management software, Microsoft Office, and standard business applications
- Collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across departments
- Experience coordinating projects or in an administrative support role (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree or project management certification is a plus
