About the Role
As our Civil/Structural Engineer, you'll manage the full spectrum of design responsibilities for both modest and complex industrial projects. You'll apply core engineering principles and practical design methodologies to develop solutions that meet stringent technical and operational standards, working under general supervision in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Execute complete design workflows for civil and structural engineering projects across diverse scope levels
- Integrate theoretical knowledge with proven design practices to address project-specific challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, review, and refine designs
- Ensure all designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements
- Utilize CAD and engineering software to model and document designs
- Contribute insights to enhance our design processes and technical capabilities
What We're Looking For
- Professional engineer license (PE) or eligibility to obtain one
- Hands-on experience designing civil or structural systems for industrial facilities
- Deep knowledge of engineering fundamentals, design standards, and industry practices
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and CAD software platforms
- Ability to thrive under general supervision with strong self-direction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or closely related field
- Excellent technical documentation and interpersonal communication abilities
