About the Role
As a Senior Solution Developer IT at Logicalis, you'll own the complete lifecycle of enterprise solutions—from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing optimization. You'll partner with stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable implementations across cloud and hybrid environments.
What You'll Do
- Lead requirements analysis and solution architecture to align technical designs with business objectives
- Architect and develop solutions leveraging Azure services including Storage, App Services, Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps
- Design Microsoft 365 implementations spanning SharePoint Online, Microsoft Groups, and Power Platform applications
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to extract insights and build data-driven solutions
- Oversee solution delivery, testing, and deployment to production environments
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure solution stability and performance
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve solution effectiveness

- Proven expertise developing enterprise solutions on the Microsoft cloud platform
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure services and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience partnering across teams—developers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability, security, and user adoption
- Professional communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
