El Car Wash is hiring a full-time Corporate Trainer in Fountainebleau, Miami-Dade County. We're seeking an experienced training professional to lead our employee onboarding and team development initiatives.
About the Role
This hands-on position focuses on creating effective onboarding experiences for new team members during their first three months at El Car Wash. You'll work across multiple locations in the Miami-Dade County area, delivering training that aligns new employees with our operational standards, service values, and company culture.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs designed to help new employees succeed in their roles
- Conduct training sessions at different El Car Wash locations throughout Miami-Dade County
- Establish clear expectations around operational procedures and customer service standards
- Support managers by coaching them on employee development and training best practices
- Monitor trainee progress and adjust your instructional methods based on individual learning needs
- Gather feedback and recommend improvements to strengthen our onboarding processes

- Strong presentation and communication skills with diverse audiences
- Comfort traveling to multiple locations throughout the region
