About the Role
The Operations Assistant provides critical administrative support to our Student Enrichment Program. Based at Moorestown High School, you'll coordinate program operations, manage student records, and help ensure that our enrichment initiatives run smoothly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Handle clerical and administrative tasks to support program operations
- Coordinate scheduling and communications for enrichment activities
- Manage student records, documentation, and databases
- Assist with student enrollment and registration
- Help organize enrichment events and program coordination
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, families, and program partners
- Maintain organized files and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support general office functions to maintain program efficiency
