About the Role
As a Ranger, you're the guest services professional who bridges arrival coordination and ongoing resort operations. You'll manage check-ins during evening and after-hours periods, welcome new guests warmly, and guide them to their assigned sites. Your attention to detail and customer-first mindset ensure smooth transitions for every family and traveler who calls our resort home.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage site setup procedures for arriving guests outside standard business hours
- Welcome guests upon arrival and guide them directly to their reserved sites
- Document and escalate maintenance issues, safety concerns, and guest requests to the RV Resort Manager
- Conduct regular pool facility monitoring to maintain security and ensure only registered guests are present
- Deliver consistently excellent customer service to prospects, active residents, and departing guests
- Support resort operations by addressing guest concerns and contributing to a positive community environment
