About the Role
As Facilities Professional at West Suburban YMCA, you'll work under the supervision of our Facilities Director to keep our Watertown location running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day facilities maintenance and operations across the facility
- Assist with equipment servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Help maintain clean, safe, and accessible spaces for members and guests
- Address maintenance requests and issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the Facilities Director on scheduling and priorities
- Promote and uphold safety standards and protocols throughout the facility
