About the Role

As a Refugee Case Manager, you'll serve as a compassionate advocate and coordinator for refugee families navigating resettlement in your community. Working within Bethany Christian Services' established refugee support network across 29 states, you'll be part of a mission grounded in Christian values that prioritizes ensuring families are safe, loved, and connected. This role combines direct client services, service coordination, and community partnership to help refugees access the resources, support, and connections they need to thrive.

What You'll Do

• Provide case management and advocacy for refugee clients, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized support plans
• Coordinate access to critical services including housing, employment training, healthcare, education, and community resources
• Maintain detailed case documentation and records in accordance with organizational standards
• Build and strengthen partnerships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and social service agencies
• Conduct intake interviews, initial home visits, and regular follow-up meetings with assigned clients
• Help refugee families understand available services and navigate resettlement challenges with cultural sensitivity
• Collaborate with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, coordinated support
