About the Role
As Property Maintenance Manager at Sparebox Management Company, you'll be the driving force behind keeping our properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. This is a full-time position based in Gonic, Strafford County, offering a stable Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend obligations. You'll work with a dedicated team that values flexibility and efficiency in tackling maintenance challenges both large and small.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep properties in optimal condition
- Complete minor repairs, interior and exterior painting, and general upkeep tasks
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify areas needing attention
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized work is required
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repair work
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure quality workmanship
- Support the property management team through our fully integrated call center system
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in property maintenance or facility management
- Knowledge of common building systems, plumbing, electrical basics, and HVAC maintenance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability and a willingness to take ownership of property conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
