About the Role
Join Sanofi's Evidence Generation and Decision Science (EGDS) group and take on a leadership role in statistical analysis and project management. As an Associate Statistical Project Leader, you'll contribute to initiatives that help bring life-changing medicines to patients in need.
What You'll Do
- Lead statistical aspects of drug development projects, from design through analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, biostatisticians, and project managers
- Design and oversee statistical analyses that inform critical decision-making
- Maintain quality and integrity of statistical work throughout project execution
- Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to methodological advancement in statistical practice within pharmaceutical development
What We're Looking For
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Solid experience applying statistical methods in pharmaceutical or clinical research
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating statistical work on significant projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with statistical software and quantitative analysis tools
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional settings
- Available for full-time work at the Cambridge, MA location
