Facilities Manager

Join Eurofins US Network as a Facilities Manager in Wellston, Saint Louis County, Missouri, where you'll oversee daily operations and maintenance of our analytical testing facilities. In this full-time position, you'll ensure our laboratory environment meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As Facilities Manager at Eurofins US Network, you'll manage all aspects of facility operations—from preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep to budgeting and vendor coordination. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive workspace that supports our team and enables quality analytical testing services across industries.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily facility maintenance, repairs, and preventive care across our Wellston location
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
• Manage facility operations budget, including procurement of supplies, equipment, and services
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
• Track equipment maintenance schedules and ensure timely service
• Develop and implement emergency response and business continuity protocols
• Address facility requests and concerns from building occupants

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing facility operations in an industrial, laboratory, or similar technical environment
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, building codes, and safety compliance
• Experience managing budgets and controlling facility-related expenses
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving ability and quick responsiveness to operational needs
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus
