About the Role
JE Technology Solutions, a designer and manufacturer of aircraft ground equipment, is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to maintain rigorous quality standards throughout production. In this 2nd Shift position, you'll verify that every product meets exacting specifications and safety requirements before reaching customers, playing a critical role in upholding the company's reputation for precision and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Inspect finished products and components for defects, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with engineering blueprints and specifications
- Perform functional and performance testing on aircraft ground equipment using precision measurement instruments and test equipment
- Document inspection results, testing data, and quality findings to maintain regulatory compliance and traceability
- Identify production defects and communicate findings to manufacturing teams to drive corrective action
- Verify that all products meet customer requirements and applicable industry safety standards
- Work independently to supervise product quality throughout the manufacturing process on the 2nd Shift
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or trade certification a plus
- Hands-on experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, or production environment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to spot defects and inconsistencies
- Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and quality specifications
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools and standard quality control equipment
- Clear communication skills and ability to document findings accurately
- Commitment to safety compliance and continuous improvement
- Ability to work the 2nd Shift schedule
