What You'll Do
- Contribute to research design and implementation for an NSF-funded transformation project focused on departmental research climates
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across scientific, engineering, and administrative disciplines
- Conduct data collection, analysis, and synthesis related to research environment practices and outcomes
- Support the development of evidence-based recommendations for enhancing research community integration
- Contribute to research dissemination through reports, presentations, and scholarly communication
- Work with the Division of Scholarly Integrity and Research Compliance to ensure rigorous, ethical research practices
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, social science, or related field
- Demonstrated experience with research methodology and data analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively across disciplinary and organizational boundaries
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Commitment to research integrity and institutional advancement
- Experience in organizational research, survey methodology, or institutional analysis is a plus
