Full Time Restaurant Worker

Goodcents Deli Fresh Subs, located in Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, is hiring a full-time restaurant worker to join our team building made-to-order fresh subs for our customers every shift.

About the Role

As a restaurant worker at Goodcents, you'll be the face of our operation—crafting quality sub sandwiches directly with customers who place their orders in real time. Your daily responsibilities will keep you engaged in a fast-paced but clean kitchen environment.

What You'll Do

• Assemble fresh sandwiches to customer order specifications while interacting directly with guests
• Operate our meat slicer after completing on-the-job training
• Answer incoming phone orders and relay them accurately to the team
• Process and fulfill orders submitted through our online ordering system
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout your shift

Compensation & Hours

This full-time position offers $15 to $16 per hour based on your prior experience, plus an additional guaranteed $1.00 per hour in cash tips. We close by 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 8 p.m. on Sundays—no late-night shifts. The company provides all uniforms at no cost to you.
