Reporting to senior leadership, you'll balance creative vision with business objectives and contribute to strategic studio initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing studio team
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery from concept through completion

• Build and strengthen client partnerships and manage project scope
