Riser Fitness is hiring a full-time Pilates Instructor to join our thriving studio in Altamont, Alameda County. This is your opportunity to build a career teaching group fitness classes at one of the fastest-growing Club Pilates franchise operations in the country.
About the Role
As a Pilates Instructor, you'll lead engaging group classes, guide clients through proper form and alignment, and create an inclusive fitness environment where members achieve their wellness goals. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $40–$65+ per class depending on your experience level and qualifications, with flexibility for negotiation based on your background and expertise.
What You'll Do
- Teach group Pilates classes with focus on technique, safety, and client progression
- Demonstrate exercises and modifications for various fitness levels
- Build rapport with clients and support their fitness journeys
- Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
- Collaborate with the studio team to foster a positive member community
- Stay current with Pilates methodologies and fitness trends
What We're Looking For
