Pilates Instructor

About the Role

This full-time Pilates instructor position puts you at the heart of our studio's daily operations. You'll lead group Pilates classes, guide members of all fitness levels through proper technique, and foster an energetic, supportive community atmosphere. Whether you're passionate about introducing beginners to Pilates or challenging advanced practitioners, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on member wellness and retention.

What You'll Do

• Teach regularly scheduled group Pilates classes with enthusiasm and expertise
• Adapt exercises and progressions for diverse skill levels and physical needs
• Engage with members before, during, and after class to build relationships and support their fitness goals
• Maintain high safety standards and ensure proper form across all class formats
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive studio culture that encourages member loyalty and growth

What We're Looking For

• Active Pilates certification or equivalent professional credential
• Demonstrated experience leading group fitness instruction
• Excellent communication and motivational abilities
• Deep knowledge of Pilates techniques, modifications, and progressions
• Genuine commitment to member safety and form integrity
• Professional demeanor and collaborative spirit

Compensation & Opportunities

We offer competitive pay starting at $40 to $65 per class, with higher rates available based on your experience and track record. Compensation includes base pay for group instruction, attendance-based bonuses that reward your ability to build class attendance, and additional performance incentives. We welcome discussion about compensation for qualified candidates with proven success.
